By executing this comprehensive style guide, we successfully created a professional, cohesive, and fully integrated suite of materials that can be easily accessed, shared, and distributed across various channels.

Sales Agent Quick Start Guide + Resource Guide

The scope for this project was to create a new agent start guide and resource guide that included consistent content and communications for on boarding, which is foundational to helping our agents understand what UHC has to offer and ultimately sell UHC plans and products to consumers. This includes national communications and on boarding for agents. We were also tasked with creating a follow up resource guide for the toolkit to help agents navigate the online toolkit available to them. Final guides are interactive PDFs for the agents to use offline and print.

Creative contributions:

  • Work with the sales team to learn their pain points and needs

  • Art direct agency to develop the look for the New Agent Start Guide

    • Provide functionality guidance for the interactive PDF

    • Creative feedback

  • Lead designer/production on the Agent Resource Guide interactive PDF

Our goal is to create clear, simple, and engaging Through Their Eyes communications that reflect a strong sense of good design while telling a consistent and compelling story. Each execution should thoughtfully incorporate national member persona research to ensure relevance and resonance across all materials.

Executive leadership recognized the urgent need for a polished and professional approach to present health plan and state-specific information to key audiences, including state policy makers, lobbyists, Medicaid directors, and governors.

The solution was to develop an interactive PDF designed to function seamlessly as an extension of our website, offering a consistent and engaging experience. This tool was crafted to be effective during in-person meetings, trade shows, and also versatile enough to be downloaded and viewed independently without requiring additional commentary.

Carefully selected imagery and graphics were chosen to authentically reflect the unique demographics of each state, emphasizing their ongoing commitment to the communities they serve. Additionally, messaging was thoughtfully tailored to address each state’s specific needs and highlight their most important initiatives.
