Our Process

Package 01 + 02

Phase 01: Onboarding

We'll kick off with a Discovery Call or Meetup so I can hear about your business story in your own words! Then I will send you a Brand Questionnaire so I can get all the details needed about the "why" behind your brand and who you serve.

Phase 02: Design

I'll get to work on creating your brand guidelines and deliver your first Brand Look within 2 weeks. We will go through up to 3 rounds of revisions for this to ensure that everything is perfect before your brand identity is finalized!

Phase 03: Delivery

Once you've approved the final Brand Guidelines, I'll get to work exporting all of your brand assets and share them within 3-4 days of your approval.

Phase 04 : Website Mockups

You'll share inspiration, website copy, and photos for your website. I'll start with mockups of 2 website pages to nail down the vibe first.

Phase 05: Website Development

I'll start building your website out on either Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or Square. I'll send you previews and you'll be able to review every page and send revisions.

Phase 06: Website Delivery

We'll finalize once you're 100% in love with your website! You'll receive tutorial videos for your website platform we'll connect your domain and get everything ready for launch with a call or meetup.

Your questions answered, I hope!

  • I totally get it! If you are just starting out, and the investment in a complete brand package is just too much, please reach out.

    I offer a discounted brand new business package to a couple businesses each year. Contact me if you would like to be considered!

    I believe that just having a logo does not fit all. A cohesive visual identity with be more useful, build brand recognition and legitimacy more that “just a logo”. And I’ll be here ready to work with you when your business is at the stage when you are ready to dive into branding!

  • Allow for a maximum of two weeks to deliver the first round of creative after signing your proposal. You will then have 2-3 weeks to send your revisions, and I will deliver round two in 5 days. Once the brand guidelines are approved, I will deliver final assets within 5 business days.

    Websites take a minimum of 4-6 weeks to design, including revisions.

  • Brand guidelines are the elements/assets that make up your visual identity. Including; logos, colors, fonts, iconography, ect.

    Implementing brand guidelines is key to presenting your business in a professional and cohesive way.

  • Of course! Developing your brand is an investment, but so worth it. Payment plans are typically 1-3 months, so you can build your dream brand faster.

  • After you reach out, I will set up either a discovery call or in-person meetup (if you are in the Minneapolis/St Paul area). We will get to know more about each other, where you are at with your business, your goals and how I can help.

    I will then send you a branding questionnaire to dig a little deeper into what you are looking for. Once I receive that, I will send you a proposal, including package details, timelines and payment plan. Once signed, we begin!
