The desire was to create a series of Marketing Playbooks for the five lines of business. Each Playbook was to showcase the strategy, creative, channels and resources for the plan year.
The ask was to create an offline interactive piece that could be update year over year and be shared internally and with outside partners.

  • Work with leadership to ideate a solution for the presentation of the information

  • Create a template to be executed as an interactive PDF

  • Design and layout of the 50+ pages for five versions

  • Working with business partners to update every year

Marketing Business Plan & Toolkit

We were challenged to rethink how the business plan would be presented to leadership and employees. I worked with the CMO, Executive Creative Director, Strategy & Innovation Team and the Senior Leadership Team to create a template that was both engaging and communicates the plan for the next year.

Once the business plan design was created, we developed a suite of corresponding materials to support the message of the year’s plan and goals.

We have now evolved this toolkit to be used for the last 3 years business plans, quarterly business reports, all-employee meetings, SharePoint site roll-out, individual team identity kits and more.

Creative contributions:

  • Concept new system for delivering the business plan messaging

  • Development of design templates

  • Work with leaders to input content

  • Execute toolkit based on design
