The Markeys is an annual end-of-year event to celebrate the success and hard work accomplished across the team. Peers are encouraged to nominate team members that excelled in various categories.
Creatively we visually approach the event like the Oscars, while staying somewhat in the UHC brand sandbox.

Work with the Strategy and Innovation team to bring the concepts to life through scripting of skits, talk-tracks, character and production development and creative direction

Create two immersive concepts designed to fully engage sales agents in the brand experience. Since this is often the very first touchpoint these agents have with the brand, it’s crucial that the experience is not only engaging and educational but also establishes a strong foundation of trust.
To achieve this, we collaborated closely with the sales marketing team to develop detailed kiosk mockups, eye-catching signage, thoughtful giveaways, and a variety of other carefully crafted conference materials.

From foster care to criminal justice involvement, attendees learned in detail how we are better serving some of our most vulnerable members. This progress is made possible thanks to the vision, dedication, and passion of our employees across the country, who continuously strive to make a meaningful difference.
Creative contributions:
Concept Ideation and design
Co-lead team including; communications, event coordination vendor, building services and executive leadership
Design and create print and digital assets including; videos, emails, handouts, intranet graphics, presentations and environmental graphics
Work with speakers to create Ted Talk-like presentations and supporting slides
