Redetermination Social Campaign

Capture Medicaid recipients who are losing their coverage by offering Individual and Family Plans available from UnitedHealthcare. The goal is to develop a compelling digital campaign that effectively highlights the numerous benefits and features of UHC, encouraging eligible individuals to explore their options and maintain continuous health coverage.

Creative contributions:

  • Work with marketing to develop the main messaging

  • Develop concepts for digital and social ads

  • Storyboards for YouTube videos, art direction of animation

  • Production of static digital assets and animated gifs

New Member Welcome Kit

To comply with the paperless by 2025 initiative, the marketing team was looking to take the welcome kit—which consists of more than 10 touchpoints—and significantly reduce the number of mailings that a new member receives when they sign up for a plan.

The creative team was challenged to rethink not only the content but also the various ways we engage and communicate with our members, aiming for a more streamlined and environmentally friendly approach.

Creative contributions:

  • Audit existing touchpoints and make recommendations for future state

  • Lead the creative team in developing 2 systems for the marketing team to test

  • Execute the system for web, email and printed materials
